3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our cancellation policy.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details regarding the items to be moved.

• Ensure accessibility at the pickup and delivery locations.

• Secure valuables and fragile items separately.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Om Movers Group takes reasonable care in handling belongings but is not liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance for their goods.

6. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal substances in their shipments.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, or legal restrictions.
